Pricing & Insurance

We are considered an out-of-network or private pay provider, and our full session fees are due at the time of service.

Please contact your insurance provider to determine the actual cost of counseling based on your plan. Historically, estimated savings have been between 50-80%. We offer a complimentary initial consultation to share a little information and see if we are a good fit for you prior to scheduling an appointment.
Our services may be able to be applied to your deductible.
Upon request, we will provide you with a detailed statement, also known as a “superbill” in order for you to file for reimbursement with your insurance carrier. We will provide additional information as requested from the insurance provider.

Questions to ask your insurance company:

  • What are my mental health benefits?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Do I need to meet a deductible before receiving reimbursement?
  • How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
  • How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Do insurance companies require a diagnosis?

Patients and parents may have concerns about privacy during treatment; a diagnosis will need to be given to you or your child in order for you to seek reimbursement under insurance.

Want to know where to start?

In our work together, we will uncover what is missing from your child’s life, what’s holding them back in worry and despair, and what are the ways we can help them move toward a place of happiness and fulfillment.

I provide convenient online and in-person sessions.
